I cam across the segment and challenge Style Imitating Art that was created and by of Jess of Animated Cardigan and Salazar of 14 Shades of Grey. Basically each week one of them chooses a work of art that will act as style inspiration. I took the outfit in Playing Hide in Seek by Chihiro Iwasaki, a Japanese artist and illustrator pretty literally, but of course added a few stylish quirks of mine. I mean, there are so many ways that this painting could have been "styled" I cannot wait to see what others come up with! This was fun and I hope to do it again! To read more about it click here.
